- Beginning a new job or starting a new journey in your career can be both exciting and challenging. Since there’s a completely new culture you have to adapt to while simultaneously also bringing your strengths to the company’s table – becoming a part of an organization that hand holds you and gives you the correct amount of warmth is important. At VOG, we provide our new joinees with induction packs to give them an overview of who we are, what we do and what expectations we have from them.
These induction packs help them develop bonds with our staff members and also give new joiners a fair sense of what the company goals are for the upcoming years. - Our in-house policies and procedures work as a tremendous tool in keeping everyone aligned with VOG’s core values. Since we keep changing them time and again, their renewal announcements help everyone get reminded of what they need to follow being a part of the company.
- Our core values have a strong leaning toward building team bonds and giving each employee a sense of being a part of the VOG family. For this, our company’s code of conduct always reflects how the staff conduct should be within the company, especially towards their co-workers and clients.
- VOG has always focussed on building relationships and strengthening team bonds. For this, we make it a point to conduct company dinners for everyone to unite and come together as one. These dinners primarily consist of discussions over drinks and food – meanwhile fulfilling the main goal of the dinner purpose, i.e creating a strong workplace environment.
- Each employee has certain weaknesses that they wish to overcome with time. And while most companies leave it to the individual employees’ shoulders, we at VOG take the responsibility on ourselves. Our company keeps conducting 1:1
performance review sessions for our staff members to ensure they are in good shape. In situations of weakness and problems, we always make it a point to offer them training and help to enable them to do better on their career trajectories. - We at VOG have a tradition of investing in training programs once every 4 months (3 times a year) for the holistic growth of each employee. For this, we collaborate with third party training providers who have expertise in designing custom workshops and seminars for our company with the main focus of these events on promoting our values, giving tips on dealing with difficult situations, creating mental wellbeing and more.
