SUBCLASS 482- TEMPORARY SKILL SHORTAGE VISA

The short-term stream allows employers to nominate international workers on short-term bases. Thus the nominated employee can stay and work in Australia for up to 2 years.
Medium-term stream allows the international workers to stay and work in Australia for up to 4 years after being sponsored by their employers.
The labour agreement visa Stream allows overseas skilled workers to live and work in Australia based on the terms of a labour agreement correspondently. This stay is usually up to 4 years.

SUBCLASS 186 – EMPLOYER NOMINATION SCHEME VISA

Direct Entry Stream
This visa permits the employer nominated skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently. Take these points in consideration to get fit for this visa category.
- An Australian employer must nominate you.
- Your occupation must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations.
- You must have at least Competent English.
Labour Agreement Stream
This visa allows skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently after being nominated by the Australian Business Owners or employees. The Labour Agreement stream will be appropriate for you if you are currently working or will work for an employer who is a party to a labour agreement.

Temporary Residence Transition Stream
This visa let skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently after getting nominated by the employers of Australian Business.

- Usually, you must have worked for your employer full-time for at least three years.
- Your employer must nominate you.
SUBCLASS 494 – SKILLED EMPLOYER SPONSORED (REGIONAL) PROVISIONAL VISA
This visa is designed for regional employers to identify labour shortages within their region and sponsor skilled workers. The stay under this visa is 5 years along with the PR pathway under the Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (Subclass 191) category.
Basic Requirements:

- You must also be nominated by an Australian employer.
